Returning webshop orders
If you are not satisfied with the jewellery you have received, then you can returnwithin 14 days after receipt. You can let us know within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel the purchase. After communicating your withdrawal, you then have another 14 days to actually return the products. You can also return the products within 14 days of receipt without prior notice, as long as you include a notice showing your wish to cancel.
How do I return (part of) my webshop order?
1. Sign up
Within 14 days after you have received your order, select the items you want to return or exchange and choose the desired return method. Even if you opt for an exchange or return in one of our shops, you must register your return. You can also return multiple orders at the same time. You can indicate this in our returns portal.
2. Packing
If you decide to return the jewellery, we ask that you return it undamaged, in its original packaging (if reasonably possible), together with the original certificate. Do not forget to remove or cover the old shipping label. Write the barcode clearly visible on the package.
3. Shipping
Bring your package to a post office within 14 working days after registering.
4. Refund
We will refund the entire purchase price (including any shipping and payment costs) as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal. However, we may wait to refund you until we have received the products, or until you have demonstrated that you have sent them back.

You are only liable for the value reduction of the goods that is the result of the use of the goods that goes beyond the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods. Note: jewelry that is manufactured in accordance with the consumer instructions (customization) are exempt from the right of withdrawal (return right).
