Webshop return orders

If you are not satisfied with the jewelry received, you can do the article within 14 days return after receipt. You can return the products within 14 days of receipt without prior notice, as long as you add a statement that shows your wish for withdrawal.

How do I return (part of) my webshop order?

1. Register

Select the items that you want to return within 14 days after you have received your order and choose the desired return method. Even if you choose to exchange or return in one of our shops, you must register your return.

2. Pack

If you decide to return the jewelry, we ask you to return the jewelry undamaged, in original packaging (if reasonably possible), together with original certificate. Don't forget to remove or cover the old shipping label. Write the barcode clearly visible on the package.

3. Send

Take your package to a post office within 3 working days after registering.

4. Refund

As soon as our distribution center has received your return, you will receive a refund or an adapted Klarna invoice within 14 working days.

Exchange shop purchase via Shop

For shop purchases it applies that exchanges are permitted within 14 daysafter purchase at Diamond Point In all Bijenkorf branches, on presentation of the receipt, the original packaging if, unworn and the creation is in perfect condition. You will receive a voucher which can only be spent at Diamond Point In one of the Bijenkorf branches. Specially manufactured jewelry may not be exchanged. 

Returning one Order bought on the Bijenkorf website

If you are not satisfied with the jewelry received, then you have the option to return the jewelry free of charge within 14 days. You must do the jewelry undamaged, in original packaging (if reasonably possible),
and together with original certificate, can be returned via Post NL. Use the supplied return label for returning. Add the certificate and completed return form to the package. Upon delivery at the post office you will receive a shipping confirmation with the 3S number. Save the shipping confirmation carefully. It is possible that we ask for this at a later stage.

You can retrour at the location of Diamond Point In a De Bijenkorf store. Return the item directly to an employee of Diamond Point (not at the customer service department). Your order must be offered undamaged and not worn in original packaging, including the corresponding certificate and the completed return form. Upon taking the article back Diamond Point If you receive a confirmation, save it carefully

Return from Belgium

Register your return sales@diamondpoint.nl
You will receive a return network the next working day via e-mail. Print the return network and stick the return label on the package. Add the certificate and completed return form to the package. Upon delivery at the Bpost location you will receive a shipping confirmation with the 3S number. Save the shipping confirmation carefully. It is possible that we ask for this at a later stage.

Money back 

  • If you return the jewelry that has been purchased via the webshop, you will receive back from us within 14 days after we have been informed of your wish. The reimbursement includes delivery costs, with the exception of any additional costs as a result of your choice for a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us.
  • We will pay you back with the same payment method with which you have performed the original transaction. We do not charge any costs for the reimbursement.
  • We can wait with a repayment until we have received the jewelry.
  • The direct costs of returning the jewelry are for our account by using the returned return label. 

At the Returning an online jewelry in our shop You will receive proof of issue. Your payment will be reimbursed as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after returns, in the same way in which the original payment took place.

Exchange is only possible for the same article in a different color or size. Do you want to exchange your purchase for another item? Then you must first return the item and order the new item again.

Return an exception

You are only liable for the value reduction of the goods that is the result of the use of the goods that goes beyond the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods. Note: jewelry that is manufactured in accordance with the consumer instructions (customization) are exempt from the right of withdrawal (return right).
