At www.diamondpoint.net you can pay securely online via iDEAL, Mastercard, VISA, American Express, UnionPay, Flying Blue+, Bancontact, Diamond Point gift cards, bank transfer, payment in installments or afterwards via Klarna or IDEALin3.
In our shops we also accept VVV gift vouchers, Bijenkorf (gift) cards, Bijenkorf points and Fashioncheque as a means of payment.
Payment methods

iDEAL is the most used payment method for online purchases in the Netherlands. With iDEAL you can pay for your online purchases familiar, safely and easily. You pay in your trusted internet payment environment, based on the specific security methods of your own bank. The amount is immediately debited from your checking account, so that we can immediately start processing the order.

Klarna carries out the entire post-payment process for Diamond Point . This means that you will receive a payment overview from Klarna. With the Klarna App you can view and pay this payment overview, safely and very easily from your smartphone. In the online environment Klarna, you can manage your payment overviews from your computer or tablet. Klarna keeps you informed via push notifications & email when a payment overview is ready for you.
To approve your postpay request, Klarna will perform a data check. When you order, Klarna checks a large number of factors. Think of your personal data, the order amount, the webshop where you order and more. Based on this combination of data, Klarna tries to estimate whether you can pay for your order afterwards.
In the unlikely event that your request for payment with Klarna is not authorized, you can of course pay for your order with another payment method. For more information, please refer to Klarna.
We offer the possibility to use Klarna:
- Pay later in 30 days
- Pay in 3 instalments, without interest - Every 30 days, the amount is automatically debited. The first payment will be made when your order has been shipped.
- Pay now.
When ordering with Klarna, it is not possible to exchange with another product. You must return and re-place your order. If you want to exchange the size of a ring for another size, this is possible. However, we cannot extend the invoice term.

At Diamond Point you can safely pay online with your credit card from Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Your data will be treated confidentially. Your payment will be processed via Buckaroo. The Buckaroo system is protected against unauthorized access from third parties, via the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) coding.
Pay with a credit card
To prevent abuse, we want to be sure that it is you who uses the credit card.
Enter the following information when you pay:
- Name on credit card.
- Credit card number. Those are the 16 digits on the front of your credit card.
- Expiration date. First the month, then the year.
- The 3 digits on the back of your credit card. At Visa this is called CVV code, with MasterCard CVC code and at Amex this is called CID code.
- Then there is an extra check (namely 3D Secure). Your bank or credit card company will check whether you are really the one who makes a payment. Each bank or credit card company has its own way to check this, for example with Two Factor Authentication, a password, fingerprint or scanning an ID tag.

iDEAL in3 - Spread your payment in 3 times without interest
Don't want to pay for your purchase in one go? With iDEAL in3 you can pay for your purchase spread over 3 installments within 60 days, without any additional costs. This applies to purchases from €50 up to a maximum of €5,000.

How it works:
Select iDEAL in3 as payment method, after which a quick check of your details will take place.
Make the first payment, one third of the total amount, via iDEAL and your order will be shipped immediately.
You pay the second installment within 30 days, and the third installment within 60 days. We will send you timely reminders so that you do not miss a payment.

If you have a Diamond Point gift card, you can use it in this step "Payment". In this step, choose the payment method Diamond Point giftcard.
Note: Keep your gift card after a purchase. When returning, the purchase amount will be refunded to your gift card.

You can in the webshop of Diamond Point immediately Diamond Point Pay digital gift voucher. These gift vouchers are for sale in the webshop. If you have one Diamond Point You can use Giftcard with "discount code or gift voucher".
Please note: save your gift voucher after a purchase. With return, the purchase amount is refunded to your gift voucher.

You can pay with the VVV gift card in all Bijenkorf branches. It is not possible to pay in our webshop with a VVV gift card.

At Diamond Point you can now also pay with Flying Blue+. With this handy payment method you cannot only pay with your saved Flying Blue Milesbut you can also save Miles during checkout.
When checking out, choose Flying Blue+, then you will be automatically forwarded to the Flying Blue platform. Log in with your own Flying Blue account. Then you choose how you want to pay:
- Fully with miles,
- With your credit card or debit card,
- Or a combination of both.
Whatever you choose, about the amount that you pay with money, Immediately save new Flying Blue Miles. This way you decide how much miles you bet and how much you save.

Money refund is based on payment method. Your payment will be repaid as soon as possible, within 14 days after withdrawal, to the payment details known to us. You can let us know within 14 days of receipt that you want to abandon the purchase. After registration you then have another 14 days to actually return the products. You can also return the products within 14 days of receipt without prior notice, as long as you add a statement that shows your wish for withdrawal. We can wait with the reimbursement until we have received the articles. After we have given the order to reimbursement to the provider (depending on the payment method), it may take a while before you actually have the money in your account. In practice it usually comes down to the following periods:
- Credit card: You usually have the purchase amount within 10 working days of our order to refund on your credit card account.
- IDEAL: You usually have the purchase amount within 3 working days of our order to refund to your account.
- Bank transfer: You usually have the purchase amount back to your account within 3 working days after our assignment.
- AfterPay: When you have opted for the afterpay payment method, you only pay after receiving your order for the items you wish to keep. When fully returning your order, you do not have to pay the payment overview.
- PayPal: The purchase amount will be refunded to your PayPal account within 10 working days of our order for reimbursement.
- Giftcard: Store your gift card after a purchase. Upon return, the purchase amount will be refunded to your gift card within a working day after our assignment for reimbursement.
