At www.diamondpoint.net you can pay safely online via iDeal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diamond Point Gift cards, VPay, PayPal, a bank transfer, pay in installments or afterwards via Afterpay.
In our shops we also accept VVV Gift Vouchers, De Bijenkorf (Gift) Cards, De Bijenkorf Points and Fashion Check as a means of payment.

iDEAL is the most used payment method for online purchases in the Netherlands. With iDEAL you can pay for your online purchases familiar, safely and easily. You pay in your trusted internet payment environment, based on the specific security methods of your own bank. The amount is immediately debited from your checking account, so that we can immediately start processing the order.

Klarna fores Diamond Point the full payment process afterwards. This means that you receive a payment overview from Klarna. With the Klarna app you can view and pay for this payment overview, safe and very easy from your smartphone. In the online environment Klarna you can manage your payment overviews from your computer or tablet. Klarna keeps you informed via push notifications & e-mail when a payment overview is ready for you.
Klarna carries out a data check for approval of your request to pay afterwards. The moment you order, Klarna checks a large number of factors. Think of your personal data, the order amount, the webshop where you order and more. Based on this combination of data, Klarna tries to estimate whether you can pay your order afterwards.
In the unlikely event that your request for payment with Klarna is not authorized, you can of course pay your order with a different payment method. For more information we refer you to Klarna.
We offer the possibility to with Klarna:
- Pay later in 30 days
- Pay in 3 parts, without interest - the amount is automatically debited every 30 days. The first payment takes place when your order has been sent.
- Pay now.
For orders with Klarna it is not possible to exchange with a different product. You must return and re -post your order. If you want to exchange the size of a ring for a different size, this is possible. However, we cannot extend the invoice period.

Bee Diamond Point You can safely pay online with your credit card from Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Your data will be treated confidentially. Your payment will be processed via Buckaroo. The Buckaroo system is protected against unauthorized access from third parties, via the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) coding.
Pay with a credit card
To prevent abuse, we want to be sure that it is you who uses the credit card.
Enter the following information when you pay:
- Name on credit card.
- Credit card number. Those are the 16 digits on the front of your credit card.
- Expiration date. First the month, then the year.
- The 3 digits on the back of your credit card. At Visa this is called CVV code, with MasterCard CVC code and at Amex this is called CID code.
- Then there is an extra check (namely 3D Secure). Your bank or credit card company will check whether you are really the one who makes a payment. Each bank or credit card company has its own way to check this, for example with Two Factor Authentication, a password, fingerprint or scanning an ID tag.

Money refund is based on payment method. Your payment will be repaid as soon as possible, within 14 days after withdrawal, to the payment details known to us. You can let us know within 14 days of receipt that you want to abandon the purchase. After registration you then have another 14 days to actually return the products. You can also return the products within 14 days of receipt without prior notice, as long as you add a statement that shows your wish for withdrawal. We can wait with the reimbursement until we have received the articles. After we have given the order to reimbursement to the provider (depending on the payment method), it may take a while before you actually have the money in your account. In practice it usually comes down to the following periods:
- Credit card: You usually have the purchase amount within 10 working days of our order to refund on your credit card account.
- IDEAL: You usually have the purchase amount within 3 working days of our order to refund to your account.
- Bank transfer: You usually have the purchase amount back to your account within 3 working days after our assignment.
- AfterPay: When you have opted for the afterpay payment method, you only pay after receiving your order for the items you wish to keep. When fully returning your order, you do not have to pay the payment overview.
- PayPal: The purchase amount will be refunded to your PayPal account within 10 working days of our order for reimbursement.
- Giftcard: Store your gift card after a purchase. Upon return, the purchase amount will be refunded to your gift card within a working day after our assignment for reimbursement.
