We do not provide a warranty for damage resulting from improper use (e.g., heavy-duty work, gardening, or occasions where some force might be involved, such as certain sports) or damage from normal use (e.g., due to impacts that can cause scratches and/or other damage). Diamond Point only sells 14 or 18 carat gold jewellery, unless stated otherwise. After we have manufactured our jewellery in our workshop, each piece of jewellery goes to an assay office (the Edelmetaal Waarborg Nederland foundation), with the exception of gold jewellery weighing less than 1 gram and silver jewellery weighing less than 8 grams.
