You can pick up your order from one of our Diamond Point Shops in the branches of the Bijenkorf. You can find us on the ground floor. You can indicate the desired shop in the ordering process. The delivery times of this are the same as a delivery to your home. As soon as your order is in the shop you will be informed by e-mail.

Our delivery time differs per piece of jewelry. These delivery times can be found on the product page, in the shopping basket and on the order confirmation of the order that you receive by e -mail.
- 1 to 2 working days: We have your jewelry in stock and deliver almost immediately.
- 3 to 5 working days: We have your jewelry in stock and deliver within 3 to 5 working days.
- 3 to 6 working weeks: Your piece of jewelry is specially manufactured or made to measure in our studio.
If you have ordered multiple jewelry with different delivery times, we will keep automatically on the longest delivery time, so that we can deliver your order in one go. If you want to receive the jewelry or jewelry with a shorter delivery time earlier via a partial delivery, take Contact On with our customer service.

Your online orders will be delivered in a luxury Diamond Point gift box with packing slip, return form and original Diamond Point certificate. You can also use this certificate for your insurance.
We will send your order in one neutral packaging box To guarantee the safety of your order. We always request that you check your order carefully for damage or traces that can indicate that the package has been open before you put your signature. If the box has been damaged or opened, we recommend that you refuse the order and contact our customer service.

If you want your order outside the Netherlands, your order will also be free and insured sent.

When you place an order from another country, we calculate delivery costs. You can request an indication of the delivery costs from our customer service. Costs for import duties and additional costs are for your own account.
