If you are not satisfied with the jewelry received, you can do the article within 14 days return after receipt. You can return the products within 14 days of receipt without prior notice, as long as you add a statement that shows your wish for withdrawal.
How do I return (part of) my webshop order?
1. Register
Select the items that you want to return within 14 days after you have received your order and choose the desired return method. Even if you choose to exchange or return in one of our shops, you must register your return.
2. Pack
If you decide to return the jewelry, we ask you to return the jewelry undamaged, in original packaging (if reasonably possible), together with original certificate. Don't forget to remove or cover the old shipping label. Write the barcode clearly visible on the package.
3. Send
Take your package to a post office within 3 working days after registering.
4. Refund
As soon as our distribution center has received your return, you will receive a refund or an adapted Klarna invoice within 14 working days.
Other return options

For store purchases, exchanges are allowed within 14 days after purchase at Diamond Point in all Bijenkorf branches, on presentation of the receipt, the original packaging provided that it is unworn and the creation is in perfect condition. You will receive a voucher that can only be spent at Diamond Point in one of the Bijenkorf branches. Specially crafted jewelry may not be exchanged.

If you are not satisfied with the jewelry received, you have the option to 14 days return the jewelry free of charge. You must return the jewelry undamaged, in original packaging (if reasonably possible), and together with the original certificate, via Post NL. Use the supplied return label for returns. Attach the certificate and completed return form to the package. When you drop it off at the post office, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the 3S number. Keep the shipping confirmation safe. We may ask for this at a later stage.
You can return the item at the branch of Diamond Point in a De Bijenkorf store. Return the item directly to a member of staff Diamond Point (not in the Customer Service department). Your order must be presented undamaged and unworn, in original packaging, including the accompanying certificate and the completed return form. Meld je retour aan bij sales@diamondpoint.nl. Je ontvangt een retouretiket de eerstvolgende werkdag via e-mail. Print het retouretiket en plak het retouretiket op het pakket. Voeg het certificaat en ingevuld retourformulier toe aan het pakket. Bij afgifte op de Bpost locatie ontvang je een verzendbevestiging voorzien van het 3S-nummer. Bewaar de verzendbevestiging zorgvuldig. Het is mogelijk dat wij hier in een later stadium om vragen.
U kunt uw pakketje retourneren bij een lokale Bpost locatie.

Je kunt het artikelretourneren bij de vestiging van Diamond Point in een De Bijenkorf-winkel. Retourneer het artikel rechtstreeks bij een medewerker van Diamond Point (niet bij de afdeling Klantenservice). Jouw bestelling dient onbeschadigd en niet gedragen, in originele verpakking, inclusief bijbehorend certificaat en het ingevulde retourformulier, te worden aangeboden. - If you return the jewelry that has been purchased via the webshop, you will receive back from us within 14 days after we have been informed of your wish. The reimbursement includes delivery costs, with the exception of any additional costs as a result of your choice for a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us.
- We will pay you back with the same payment method with which you have performed the original transaction. We do not charge any costs for the reimbursement.
- We can wait with a repayment until we have received the jewelry.
- The direct costs of returning the jewelry are for our account by using the returned return label.

You are only liable for the value reduction of the goods that is the result of the use of the goods that goes beyond the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.
