Are you not satisfied with the receipt? jewellery, then you can get the article within 14 days return after receipt. You can let us know within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel the purchase. After communicating your withdrawal, you then have another 14 days to actually return the products. You can also return the products within 14 days of receipt without prior notice, as long as you include a notice showing your wish to cancel.
How do I return (part of) my webshop order?
1. Sign up
Within 14 days after you have received your order, select the items you want to return and choose the desired return method. Even if you opt for an exchange or return in one of our shops, you must register your return. You can also return multiple orders at the same time. You can indicate this in our returns portal.
2. Packing
If you decide to return the jewelry, we ask you to return the jewelry undamaged, in original packaging (if reasonably possible), together with original certificate. Don't forget to remove or cover the old shipping label. Write the barcode clearly visible on the package.
3. Send
Take your package to a post office within 3 working days after registering.
4. Refund
We will refund the entire purchase amount (including any shipping and payment costs) as quickly as possible, but no later than within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation notice. However, we may wait with reimbursement until we have received the products, or until you have demonstrated that you have sent them.

For store purchases, exchanges are allowed within 14 days after purchase at Diamond Point in all Bijenkorf branches, on presentation of the receipt, the original packaging provided that it is unworn and the creation is in perfect condition. You will receive a voucher that can only be spent at Diamond Point in one of the Bijenkorf branches. Specially crafted jewelry may not be exchanged.

If you are not satisfied with the jewelry received, you have the option to 14 days return the jewelry free of charge. You must return the jewelry undamaged, in original packaging (if reasonably possible), and together with the original certificate, via Post NL. Use the supplied return label for returns. Attach the certificate and completed return form to the package. When you drop it off at the post office, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the 3S number. Keep the shipping confirmation safe. We may ask for this at a later stage.
You can return the item at the branch of Diamond Point in a De Bijenkorf store. Return the item directly to a member of staff Diamond Point (not in the Customer Service department). Your order must be presented undamaged and unworn, in original packaging, including the accompanying certificate and the completed return form. Register your return Sales@diamondpoint.nl. You will receive a return network the next working day via e-mail. Print the return network and stick the return label on the package. Add the certificate and completed return form to the package. Upon delivery at the Bpost location you will receive a shipping confirmation with the 3S number. Save the shipping confirmation carefully. It is possible that we ask for this at a later stage.

- Do you have it? jewellery that was purchased via the webshop, you will receive it back from us within 14 days after we have been informed of your wish to return. The refund includes delivery costs, with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us.
- We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. We do not charge any fees for the refund.
- We may wait with reimbursement until we have received the jewelry.
- The direct costs of returning the jewelry will be borne by us by using the return label provided.
- Returns are free if you use our returns label. Of course, you can also return the products via another carrier, in which case the costs will be borne by you.

You are only liable for the value reduction of the goods that is the result of the use of the goods that goes beyond the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods. Note: jewelry that is manufactured in accordance with the consumer instructions (customization) are exempt from the right of withdrawal (return right).
