Since 1904 we have been selecting our diamonds by hand, and our jewelry is manufactured in our own studio. Where until recently we were known as the house jeweler of the Bijenkorf, we have now grown into one of the leading and inspiring jewelry lovebrands in the Netherlands (although we say so ourselves). Our shops are still located in all branches of the Bijenkorf, and online. We represent elegance and high quality and attach great importance to craftsmanship and traditions in a modern jacket. We could use some help to further complete our missions. For our shop in the Bijenkorf Amsterdam we are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented shop manager. 

• You do everything you can to achieve an optimal commercial and financial result;
• You lead the team and organize it;
• You encourage yourself and the team to continue to develop as Diamond Point ambassadors;
• You ensure an ultimate customer experience thanks to your fine service;
• You monitor the fire by optimizing the presentation of the shop;
• You manage the store stocks;
• You work with KPIs and keep an eye on the common targets;
• You work 32-38 hours a week.

• MBO / HBO working and thinking level;
• Work experience as an (assistant) manager in the fashion or luxury industry;
• Love for jewelry;
• Real people manager;
• Result oriented;
• Commercial institution;
• Catered and representative appearance;
• Mastery of the Dutch and English language in words and writing
• Knowledge of MS Office.

• A market salary € 2,690.00 - € 3,270.00 per month, depending on experience;
