Since 1904 we have been selecting our diamonds by hand, and our jewelry is made in our own studio. Where we were still known as the house jeweler of the Bijenkorf until recently, we have now grown into one of the leading and inspiring jewelry Lovebrands in the Netherlands (although we say it ourselves). Our shops are still in all branches of the Bijenkorf, and online. We represent elegance and high quality and attach great importance to craftsmanship and traditions in a modern twist. To further complete our missions, we can use some help. For our shop in the Bijenkorf Rotterdam we are looking for an enthusiastic and customer -oriented shop manager. 

• You do everything to achieve an optimal commercial and financial result;
• You manage the team and you take care of its organization;
• You encourage yourself and the team to continue to develop as Diamond Point embassies;
• You ensure an ultimate customer experience thanks to your great service;
• You monitor the fire by optimizing the presentation of the shop;
• You manage the store stocks;
• You work with KPIs and keep an eye on the common targets;
• You work 32-38 hours a week.

• MBO/HBO work and thinking level;
• Work experience as a (assistant) manager in the fashion or luxury industry;
• Love for jewelry;
• Real people manager;
• Results-oriented;
• Commercial institution;
• Cared for and representative appearance;
• Command of the Dutch and English language in speech and writing
• Knowledge of MS Office.
