Diamond Point provides a warranty against manufacturing defects. Despite the care of our goldsmiths, such a manufacturing error can occur. We do not provide any warranty for damage resulting from incorrect use (for example rough work, garden work or occasions where some violence may be involved, such as in some sports) or damage due to normal use (for example as a result of impacts that may cause scratches and/or other damage). Diamond Point only sells 14 or 18 carat gold jewelry, unless stated otherwise. After we have crafted our jewelry in our workshop, each one goes jewellery to a guarantee institution (Stichting Edelmetaal Waarborg Nederland) with the exception of gold jewelry under 1 gram and silver jewelry under 8 grams.
